Nigeria forward Kelechi Iheanacho is a major doubt for Leicester City’s Premier League home clash against Brighton Hove Albion on Saturday at the King Power Stadium.

Reports in England said the 20-year-old missed Thursday training ahead of their first home game of the season just as Vicente Iborra and Danny Drinkwater, who is reportedly close to a move to Chelsea. Iheanacho’s compatriots Ahmed Musa and Wilfred Ndidi were part of Thursday’s session.

Iheanacho joined the Foxes last week from Manchester City for £25m and was handed his debut in their 4-3 loss to Arsenal in their matchday 1 clash at the Emirates stadium.
