Presidential flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party and former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar on Thursday met in Abeokuta with former president Olusegun Obasanjo, David Oyedepo, others.

Atiku Abubakar, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is currently in Abeokuta holding a closed-door meeting tith his former boss, Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo.

Atiku was accompanied to the trip by top officials of the PDP and his campaign team, including his righthand man and former Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, and Uche Secondus, the National Chairman of the party.

The visit to Obasanjo is of enormous significance, seeing how Obasanjo relentlessly told everyone who cared to listen that this deputy for eight years is unfit to hold the nation’s highest office.
